Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sebastian Maronn Digital Experiences, Sebastian Maronn, Blankenburger Str. 22, 13156 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 178 23 88 626, email: support@floxity.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use the withdrawal function on our website at floxity.com/withdrawal ("Withdraw from contract here"). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

How we calculate the refund
Credits are used as soon as your surveys receive submissions beyond the free submissions. If you withdraw, we refund the price of the withdrawn credit pack for all credits of that pack that are still unused. Credits count as unused up to your remaining credit balance at the time of your withdrawal. For credits already used you pay the proportional share of the pack price. Example: you bought 1,000 credits for EUR 15 and 200 of your credits have been used, leaving 800 credits in your account; we refund EUR 12. If your remaining balance is equal to or higher than the number of credits in the pack, we refund the full price.
Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period once the service has been performed in full, i.e. all credits of the pack have been used, provided that you expressly requested us to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance.
Business customers (§ 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
